The challenge

Royal Bank of Canada relied on a legacy document creation system that made it difficult for employees to efficiently generate, update, and maintain client-facing forms. Hundreds of documents were outdated and did not meet accessibility standards.

The system supported both client-facing PDFs and internal, investor-facing forms used by staff, covering multiple audiences and workflows.
